Reminder: Read the Membership guidelines before performing the Submission Process 

October 1st Application Submission is now closed.

 

To apply, the process requires uploading the following in PDF format using your last name in the attachment name of each document entered below:

1. Online Application Form

CLICK HERE – You will come to a page that looks like this:

Under “FIRST-TIME USER

Click Here to Create Profile

After you create your profile and successfully log in, you will see a button on your home profile screen for “Membership Application”

Complete the online Membership Application

 

2.  You will be asked to submit a Current copy of your Curriculum Vita

3. You will also be asked to submit Scholarly Research Commitment Statement

4. Publication Data ( At least 2 for Associate and at least 10 for Regular and Fellow)
