The NIAAA T32 Program provides multidisciplinary training to prepare the next generation of scientists to:
• Develop and test effective approaches to treatment and indicated prevention
• Design and evaluate models to disseminate evidence-based interventions across diverse populations
• Advance understanding of the processes that drive changes in drinking and other drug use behaviors

Our fellowship is housed at U-M, one of the nation’s leading public universities, where the psychiatry department ranks #7th in NIH funding. A rich library system and educational infrastructure across medical and academic campuses awaits fellows. Work-life balance is promoted, and U-M is located in the vibrant university town that has something for everyone!
