Postdoctoral Fellowships – Vermont Center on Behavior and Health at University of Vermont
The Vermont Center on Behavior and Health (VCBH) (http://www.med.uvm.edu/behaviorandhealth) located at the University of Vermont (UVM) Larner College of Medicine (LCOM) is recruiting for two postdoctoral research fellowships funded by NIH in our internationally-recognized center of excellence for substance use disorder research.
Working with Sarah H. Heil, PhD, one postdoctoral fellow will help to lead research among women with substance use disorders, including work on posttraumatic stress disorder in collaboration with Kelly R. Peck, PhD, and research on sexual and reproductive health.
Working with Stacey C. Sigmon, PhD, one postdoctoral fellow will help to lead research addressing illicit opioid use and other health behaviors in a variety of adult populations, with a particular focus on rural populations.
Applicants must have completed their training in psychology or a related discipline and be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Appointments are 2-3 years and benefits include stipend and travel funds supported by an NIH Institutional Training Award.
