Postdoctoral Trainees – SMART T32
The SMART T32 – Supportive, Multidisciplinary Addiction Research Training is accepting applications for postdoctoral trainees, with positions available as early as July 1, 2025. This NIH funded T32 program is housed within the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh and is directed by Drs. Colleen McClung and Mary Torregrossa.
Trainees gain an outstanding education in addiction research including coursework, journal clubs, research presentations, seminar series, and research time. Participating training faculty have wide-ranging research approaches including neuroimaging, clinical laboratory, longitudinal, animal models, and basic molecular neuroscience. Applicants interested in addiction research in the laboratories of our faculty and who are T32-eligible (US citizens or green card-holders) are encouraged to apply.
