Postdoctoral Fellow and a Data Scientist for Research – Uniformed Services University
An NIAAA-funded research group at the Uniformed Services University seeks to hire two individuals¾a Postdoctoral Fellow and a Data Scientist¾to contribute to research on the genetic risk for alcohol use disorder and other psychological phenotypes using large datasets (e.g., dbGaP, All of Us, Million Veterans Program). The positions are based at the University campus in Bethesda, MD. The research includes collaboration and mentorship by principal investigators from the University of Pennsylvania, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, and Yale University. The ideal candidates have strong computational and analytic skills and a passion for psychiatric genetics and addiction research.
