Research Assistant – Auburn University

The Biobehavioral Research on Addiction and INternalizing Syndromes (BRAINS) Lab at Auburn University is in search of a Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will work on a National Institute on Drug Abuse R34-supported study testing a computerized and smart-phone based intervention for Cannabis Use Disorder. The project involves multiple methodologies including EEG, saliva and urinalyses, ambulatory psychophysiology, and ecological momentary assessment.

This position is ideal for someone intending to go to graduate school for clinical psychology or neuroscience, especially those interested in addiction.

The position is full-time and pays $30,160 per year plus benefits. Funding for three years is available, with the expectation that the applicant will stay in the position for at least two years.
