The CPDD 88th Annual Scientific Meeting will take place at the Oregon Convention Center (OCC), located at 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Portland, Oregon. Explore the Oregon Convention Center. Some events will take place at the adjacent Hyatt Regency Portland Convention Center hotel.
CPDD has secured a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Portland with a discounted rate of $259 per night, plus applicable taxes. This rate includes a rebate to CPDD to help offset the cost of the meeting. The discounted group rate is available to book online until May 20, 2026, or until the block of rooms is filled.

Government Per Diem Rooms: A limited number of guestrooms at the approved government per diem rate for Portland are available to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis. For instructions on how to book a room at the per diem rate, please email info@cpdd.org.
Room Sharing Program: To help attendees defray the cost of attending, CPDD offers a self-serve Room Sharing Program, where attendees can look for and list themselves in search of a roommate. CPDD provides this platform in response to requests from conference attendees but does not endorse, pair or match attendees, or organize the room-sharing program. All participating parties agree to abide by the CPDD Code of Conduct as agreed during the registration process. All those participating in the room sharing program agree to indemnify CPDD, our staff, and our affiliates, and to hold us harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law, against all loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind arising from any negligent act or omission by you during or otherwise in relation to your participation in the room share program. Light Rail: The MAX Light Rail Red Line is the easiest way to travel to and from the airport, with contactless payment using your cell phone or credit/debit card. Travel time from the airport to the Convention Center station (located between the Oregon Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Portland) is approximately 25-30 minutes. You can roll your luggage on board trains departing every 15-30 minutes depending on time of day, with service between 5 am-12:30 am. Taxicabs: There is a cab stand on Level 1 of the short-term parking garage. Fares to the convention center area average $40 before gratuity. To return to the airport, you can order a cab through the city’s main operators or from a hotel with a dedicated taxi stand.
Ride Sharing: Uber and Lyft pick up on Level 1 of the short-term parking garage. Use the in-app fare estimators for most accurate pricing.
