    Recovery Capital refers to the internal and external resources that help individuals initiate and maintain recovery. Emerging Adults, people aged 18 to 28, have unique recovery needs, yet few studies focus on this population. This forum features panelists with lived experience who will explore what Emerging Adults wish they and their families knew about Recovery Capital and how family support influences recovery, providing researchers, providers, and community members with practical insights to inform future studies and recovery support services.
